As we welcome guests back to the Brandt House, we are committed to providing a pleasant – and safe – stay with us. We are actively monitoring CDC guidance and Massachusetts protocols regarding COVID-19 precautions for the lodging industry. We have updated our policies, cleaning practices, training, the check-in/check-out process, and breakfast service to focus on the health and safety of our guests and staff while remaining compliant with current COVID-19 guidelines.

Mask wearing and social distancing
Guests must wear masks inside the house, and when interacting with other guests and staff. Our staff wear masks at all times. Our cleaning staff will not enter your room during your stay (fresh linens and towels will be dropped off).
New breakfast options
All rooms now have compact dining sets, offering the option of in-room breakfasts. Each room also is equipped with a mini-fridge stocked with breakfast items. We will have fresh muffins, scones or pastry available beginning at 8:30 a.m. for contactless drop off at your room, or pick-up from the dining area.
Enhanced cleaning and safety protocols
Brandt House is known for exceptional cleaning standards, but we have taken our cleaning to the next level by sanitizing and disinfecting common areas before and during your stay, and carefuly sanitizing all rooms, leaving each room empty for three days between guests. Common areas are equipped with BlueAir Health Protect air purifiers, running 24/7. All high touch surfaces are disinfected frequently.

What to expect

To meet current CDC and Hotel Association recommendations, we are offering contactless check-in. When you arrive, you will find a Welcome Letter at our front door that will include information on the house as well as your room passcode. All rooms now have a numeric keypad allowing you easy keyless access to your room. These keypads are sanitized between guests.
