As we welcome guests back to the Brandt House, we are committed to providing a pleasant – and safe – stay with us. We are actively monitoring CDC guidance and Massachusetts protocols regarding COVID-19 precautions for the lodging industry. We have updated our policies, cleaning practices, training, the check-in/check-out process, and breakfast service to focus on the health and safety of our guests and staff while remaining compliant with current COVID-19 guidelines.
Guests must wear masks inside the house, and when interacting with other guests and staff. Our staff wear masks at all times.
Guests are required to maintain a social distance of six feet (two meters) or more—as recommended by global health organizations.
Brandt House is known for exceptional cleaning standards but we have taken our cleaning to the next level by sanitizing and disinfecting common areas during your stay and leaving rooms empty for 3-days between guests.
To comply with current CDC and Hotel Association guidlines we are offering a contactless check-in. When you arrive you will find a Welcome Letter at our front door that will include information on the house as well as your room passcode. All rooms now have a numeric keypad allowing you easy keyless access to your room. In your room we are now providing you with individual mini-refrigerators, coffee machines, hot water pot, a basket of wonderful snacks, and breakfast items for the moring including juice, oatmeal, and yogurt. In the morning we will be leaving out fresh muffins or scones at 8:30 for you to pick up.
We will be keeping our distance but remain available via phone/text at 413-387-8978.
